How does it work?
To create the online store you need to do three simple things:

1. Authorize via Instagram in your personal account.

2. Add #samomart tag to all your publications with goods in Instagram.

3. Go to "Goods" section in your personal account and edit goods description. Publish them in your online store.

Where should I put #samomart tag?
The tag should be added at the description of the publication with the product, not in the comments. You can add it in the end of the list of other tags.
How should I name a product by means of a tag?
The tag that goes after #samomart will be identified as the name of the product in the online store. If the name consists of several words, the underscores should be used between them, eg. #red_knitted_hat
What other kind of tags can I use?
In addition to the name of the products, you can use a tag to identify its price. The price tag should go after the name of the product and should contain only figures, eg. #samomart #red_knitted_hat #3500
I connected Instagram account with Samomart.com but the goods haven't appeared. What should I do?
You should go to "Goods" section in your personal account and press the "Synchronize" button.
I added the tag to the publication in Instagram but the goods haven't appeared in the online store. What should I do?
You should go to "Goods" section in your personal account and press the "Synchronize" button.
Why should I enter my Instagram password to connect it with Samomart.com?
This is the obligatory term of Instagram service for providing information about your publications and tags.
I don't remember my Instagram password. What should I do?
You can use "Forgot your password?" service by providing your e-mail or phone number.
If I change my password do I need to enter the new one on my mobile phone?
No, you don't need to enter the new password on your mobile phone.
How will I know if a customer placed an order?
A notification with the order details will be sent to you by e-mail. This information will also appear in your personal account in "Orders" section.
I want to change the look of the online store. Is it possible?
There is only one version of the design at the moment but you will get the opportunity to add your personal touch to the online store very soon.
